We deliver to your door but to do it good we gotta have some rules.
They help us keep quality and guarantee that your meals stay fresh all the way from our kitchen to yours.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Switch to Superfood containing your order details (if you have provided a current email address).
According to the payment method chosen by the customer delivery will be processed within identification of payment.
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on same day in accordance to stock availability and product delivery criteria.
In the case of unavailability the customer will receive an email with the delivery date.
We recommend orders to be placed by:
- Up to 5pm of Wednesday for guaranteed Saturday or Monday morning delivery
Large orders will be treated as separate and an email will be sent to the customer regarding the delivery date.
Delivery areas are set to Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Product delivery criteria
All our products are fresh therefore the delivery of the products will follow the use by date on the container.
The products will be delivered according to the following criteria:
- On demand to guarantee freshness of product

Delivery terms and conditions
Switch to Superfood cannot alter your set delivery day to your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
There must be someone at the delivery place for the delivery to be made.
Switch to Superfood cannot give or adhere to member requests for a specific delivery time.
Switch to Superfood accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Orders not delivered for any circumstance will be held or returned to the kitchen for the Member to pick up within (2) days.
