Introduction

Switch to Superfood regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Switch to Superfood users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. Collection of Information

In order to use the Switch to Superfood website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to member care, sales, support and accounts, including Email.

Any information collected by Switch to Superfood is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website and through interaction with the Switch to Superfood team.

Use of Collected Information

Any details collected from Switch to Superfood customers are required in order to provide you with our products and services, including a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our team development and training.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information

If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at info@switchtosuperfood.com.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Switch to Superfood containing your order details (if you have provided a current email address).
According to the payment option chosen by the customer delivery will be processed within identification of payment.

Delivery areas are set to Gold Coast and Brisbane. Please check online or email us on info@switchtosuperfood.com to find out if we deliver to your area.

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on same day in accordance to stock availability. In the case of unavailability the customer will receive an email with the delivery date.

Large orders will be treated as separate and an email will be sent to the customer regarding the delivery date.

Switch to Superfood cannot alter your set delivery day to your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule. There must be someone at the delivery place for the delivery to be made.

Switch to Superfood cannot give or adhere to member requests for a specific delivery time.

Switch to Superfood accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Member’s delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.

Orders not delivered for any circumstance will be held or returned to the kitchen for the Member to pick up within (2) days.

All our products are fresh therefore the delivery of the products will follow the use by date on the container.

The delivery of products will be made if they meet the following criteria:
- use by date of at least 2 days for consumption

Cancellation Policy

Only the account holder of Switch to Superfood may cancel their account. Cancellations calls must be made within the Switch to Superfood office hours of Tuesday-Friday, 8am-4pm (EST).

Switch to Superfood takes no responsibility for any payments or fees incurred by the member for attempts to cancel a Membership through a third party.

Refund & Returns Policy

The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact us on (07) 5500 4550 within six (6) hours to organize a delivery pick-up of that order.

Failure to contact Switch to Superfood within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.

Should a Member or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.

Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for two (2) days only and the Purchaser must make arrangements with Customer Service to pick up their order.

Customer orders not picked up within two (2) days of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.

Switch to Superfood will refund money in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.

All products/orders must be returned in their original condition.

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Switch to Superfood will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.

Switch to Superfood will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Allergies

It is the user responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before purchase.

Switch to Superfood accepts no liability for any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Switch to Superfood meal.

While Switch to Superfood takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.

Promotions and Discounts Purchased gift vouchers can be redeemed online.

Communications

Switch to Superfood uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and Customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails, newsletters and offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing emailing us at info@switchtosuperfood.com .

We do not collect your personal information for any third party agent/service providers not related directly to Switch to Superfood.

Third Parties

Switch to Superfood may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Switch to Superfood does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Legal

We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
